Prapti Shrestha is a seasoned professional in quality engineering with extensive experience in leading teams and enhancing quality assurance processes across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Quality Engineering at Arctic Wolf since July 2024, Prapti previously held the position of Engineering Manager at Routable from March 2022 to 2024, where leadership of a high-performing software quality assurance team was pivotal. Prior roles include Lead Software Engineer at Extend, where Prapti oversaw testing strategies, and Software Design Engineer at Mattermost, responsible for the complete testing lifecycle of a significant feature. Prapti's career began with software development and testing roles, showcasing a strong foundation in both engineering and quality assurance methodologies, supported by a Master's degree in Software Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Bioinformatics.
