Marius Mihailescu is an experienced professional with significant expertise in commercial operations and management within the consumer goods industry. Currently serving as the Commercial Operations Director at Arctic since November 2015, Marius previously held various leadership positions at Indesit Company from June 2003 to April 2015, including Managing Director and Country Manager for Romania, overseeing brands such as INDESIT, HOTPOINT-ARISTON, and SCHOLTES. Prior to this, Marius worked at PHILIPS as the Retail Division Manager for Consumer Electronics and commenced a career at Colgate-Palmolive Romania as a Sales Executive. Marius holds a degree in International Business from the Economic Academy in Bucharest and completed a Top Executive Mentoring & Coaching program in Milan from 2009 to 2011.
