Michael Richardson has over 29 years of work experience at Arctic Office Products. Michael started in 1992 as an Assistant Manager in the retail store, where they supervised and trained employees, managed merchandising and marketing, and provided customer service. In 2005, they transitioned to the GSA Program Manager role, where they trained staff and management in program rules, enforced regulations, and marketed to US Federal Agencies and the Department of Defense. In 2006, they took on the additional role of Sales Manager. Recently, they have been serving as the Vice President of the company since September 2021.
Michael Richardson attended North Carolina State University from 1984 to 1985, where they studied Industrial and Product Design. Michael then enrolled at Methodist University from 1987 to 1992, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration/Marketing.
