Catie Gardner is a Marketing Associate at Arctic Leaf Inc. since October 2022 and has been hosting The SCREAMwriters Podcast, where Catie interviews horror screenwriters, since September 2021. With extensive experience in the horror genre, Catie contributes as a writer for Horror Geek Life, focusing on reviews, retrospectives, interviews, and editorials since May 2019. Previous roles include Program Specialist at Redefining Strength and Senior Community Manager at Gather, where Catie managed coworking spaces and enhanced community engagement. From May 2015 to April 2018, Catie served as Consultant Supervisor at Jenny Craig, overseeing a team and optimizing service delivery. Catie began a career in writing as Head Writer at HERRING BROADCASTING INC, responsible for various creative projects. Catie holds a degree in Film and Media Studies with a focus on Playwriting and Screenwriting from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
