Ron Sylvestre has extensive experience in information technology and finance, currently serving as the Senior IT Manager for Finance & Warehouse Management Systems at Arctic Glacier Premium Ice since June 2005. In this role, Ron oversees the maintenance and enhancement of financial and warehouse management solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, customers, and vendors to maintain the company's leadership in the packaged ice industry. Previous positions at Arctic Glacier include roles in project management, financial systems, and accounting, with early experience gained as a software quality assurance analyst and summer intern. Ron holds a diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Université de Saint-Boniface, completed in 2005.
