Rebecca (Beci) Bjornson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and operations. Currently serving as the National Account Manager at Arctic Glacier Premium Ice and the Director of Operations for Golden Rule Charity, which supports individuals in the restaurant and hospitality industries, Rebecca has a strong background in B2B incentive and employee engagement management from their previous role at InComm. Prior to this, Rebecca spent over a decade at American Express, where responsibilities included managing high-profile prepaid client relationships and leading a team in retail partner growth. Earlier roles at Premium Waters Inc., Nestlé, and CROSSMARK provided solid foundations in sales, marketing strategy, and client development.
