Monika Tesiorowski

Brand Experience Lead at Arc'teryx

Monika Tesiorowski has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Monika currently works at Arc'teryx Equipment, where they started as a Digital Content Coordinator in September 2019 and has since taken on roles of increasing responsibility, including Digital Experience Specialist and Brand Experience Specialist. As of May 2023, they hold the position of Brand Experience Lead at the company.

In addition to their work at Arc'teryx, Monika has volunteered their expertise and time at organizations such as Mountain Mentors and Protect Our Winters Canada. At Mountain Mentors, they served as the President starting in November 2022. At Protect Our Winters Canada, they held positions as Chapter Lead and Project Coordinator, volunteering from September 2019 to April 2022.

Monika also has experience in the travel and events industry. Monika worked as an Operations Manager at Pukka Travels from September 2019 to June 2020. Prior to that, they were a Marketing & Events Specialist at Whistler Blackcomb from October 2017 to September 2018. Monika also gained valuable experience as an Events Manager at Day 8 Experiences, where they planned and managed sailing and ski holidays in multiple destinations from September 2015 to October 2017.

Earlier in their career, Monika held roles such as a Marketing Intern at 8tracks from April 2015 to August 2015 and a Production Coordinator at Point Blank Creative from August 2014 to April 2015. Monika also served as a Ski Department Supervisor at Sports Experts Atmosphere - Groupement Beaulieu/Doré from September 2013 to May 2014.

Monika's work experience began with an Assistant Ski Technician position at North Shore Ski and Board, where they started in September 2009 and their tenure continues to the present.

Monika Tesiorowski's education history includes completing their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies with minors in Marketing and Spanish from Concordia University. Monika attended Concordia University from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they were enrolled in the Co-Ordinated Media Studies Program at The University of British Columbia from 2011 to 2012. Monika completed their secondary education at Handsworth Secondary School from 2006 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained a DELE Spanish Exam certification at an intermediate B2 level from DELE - Diplomas of Spanish as a Foreign Language in 2011.
