Jason H. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jason began their career at the Canadian Institutes of Health Research as a Design Mentor in 2018. Later that year, they joined Structube as a Sales Associate and worked there until 2019. In the same year, they also worked at Lionheart Sports as a Junior Clothing Designer/Coordinator. Jason's most recent and current position is with Arc'teryx Equipment, where they have held multiple roles. Jason started as a Quality Control Inspector in December 2019 and then became the Used Gear Team Leader from April to September 2021. Jason was then promoted to Recommerce Coordinator and subsequently became the ReBird Operations Lead in April 2023.

Jason H. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from Emily Carr University of Art and Design. Jason pursued their education at the university from 2013 to 2018.
