R Shivasai is a highly experienced engineer specializing in mechanical engineering and project management within the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as Senior Engineer in Global Operations at Arctech since May 2023, R Shivasai oversees the world's largest hybrid renewable project in Gujarat, focusing on tracker supply, installation training, commissioning, debugging, and troubleshooting, alongside material management and technical assistance for clients. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Mechanical Engineer at Refex Energy Limited from February 2019 to May 2023, where R Shivasai was involved in several major projects across India, including 100MW COAL India Ltd and 159MW NLC. Earlier, as a Mechanical Engineer at SHRINE ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED from May 2016 to December 2018, R Shivasai worked on multiple solar PV plants utilizing tracker technology.
