Duncan sits on the board of Honeywell. Honeywell is one of the world’s largest industrial conglomerates and is transforming into a software company. He brings to the board a deep understanding of the trends across cloud computing, digital transformation, AI, and the internet of things and is skilled at driving value creation and transformation with technology.

Previously, Duncan was President of Infor, an industry cloud applications company and the third largest provider of enterprise software in the world with more than 90,000 customers. In this role, he worked with some of the best-known brands in the world across a wide spectrum of industries to help them leverage technology to automate and transform themselves into digital enterprises.
