Ronald Reginelli's work experience begins in 1990 with Dunavant Enterprises, Inc., where they served as the Assistant Vice President - Operations. In this role, they were responsible for directing the global operations for the Americas, including logistics network, contracts, negotiations, and financial risk and collections. Ronald successfully increased sales to CA from $100,000 to $120,000,000 during their tenure.

In 2007, Ronald joined Thomas & Betts as a Product Line Manager and Project Manager. Their main responsibilities were managing and directing the Lattice Product Line and overseeing project management.
