Stacy Torrance is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public health and program management, currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Arcora Foundation since March 2015, where leadership in developing community-driven interventions to address oral health disparities in Washington is a primary focus. In addition to this role, Stacy also holds a position as Senior Program Manager at Delta Dental of Washington since January 2023.
