Mariana Aguirre serves as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, focusing on an online store that offers organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. With experience as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, Mariana also previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. As a nutritionist from February 2016 to 2019 at a private practice, Mariana contributed to the field of health and nutrition. Additionally, Mariana worked as a university lecturer at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administración y gestión de empresas from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Licenciatura in Alimentación, nutrición y bienestar from Universidad del Centro de México.
