Dhirajkumar Karad is a skilled BIM Manager at ARCOP Associates Pvt. Ltd. since August 2022, responsible for preparing BIM execution plans, EIRs, and project-specific training documentation while providing technical support and mentoring to project teams. Previously, Dhirajkumar served as Project Team Lead at Excelize from November 2021 to June 2022, where Dhirajkumar oversaw BIM projects, developed company BIM goals, and coordinated efforts among teams to ensure quality and deadlines. From June 2015 to October 2021, Dhirajkumar worked as a BIM Engineer & Structural Design Engineer at Cad Universe, creating detailed construction drawings, conducting site assessments, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project success. Dhirajkumar holds a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from Sandip University and multiple degrees in Civil Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University and Deogiri Institute of Engineering and Management Studies, along with a diploma in Civil Engineering.
