Samuel Galodé is a communication professional with extensive experience in community management and web communication. Currently serving as Chargé de communication web at Conseil d'État since September 2023, Samuel also holds the position of community manager at Arcom since September 2019. Previously, Samuel worked at CNIL - Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés from September 2013 to August 2019 as a community manager and content manager, where responsibilities included managing social media accounts and creating educational content. Earlier roles include community manager at Conseil Régional Ile de France and assistant parlementaire in Nantes. Samuel holds a degree in Chinese Studies from Université Paris Cité (2016-2018) and completed studies at Sciencescom Nantes - Audencia (2008-2010).
