Tom Wilms is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and quality engineering. Currently serving as Projectleider and Werkvoorbereider at ARCO since August 2021, Tom previously held the role of Quality Engineer at Vullings Metaalbewerking bv from June 2014 to July 2021, where responsibilities included ensuring product quality and organizing improvement projects aimed at enhancing logistical flow and quality. Tom's educational background includes a degree from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven (2013-2020) and a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification from Avans Hogeschool Den Bosch (2015-2016), alongside a HAVO diploma in Natuur en Techniek from Den Hulster (2010-2012).
