Mike Jones began their work experience as a Purchasing Intern at Western Enterprises in June 2010 and remained in that role until April 2011. Mike then worked as a Buyer/Planner from May 2011 until January 2014, when they transitioned to the position of Senior Buyer until October 2014. From October 2014 to July 2019, Mike served as the Purchasing/Materials Manager at Centers for Dialysis Care. Mike then advanced to become the Director of Procurement and Supply Chain Management at the same company from August 2019 to November 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Procurement at ArchWell Health starting from November 2021.

Mike Jones attended St. Joseph's School for an undisclosed period of time, but no degree or field of study is provided. Mike then went on to St. Edward High School from 2004 to 2007, without obtaining a degree or field of study. Lastly, they attended Kent State University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a degree in Business Management with a focus in Strategic Management and Finance.
