Yuze Shang is a senior data analyst with four years of experience working with Medicare and commercial insurance claim data. She is proficient in importing large volume of structured and unstructured data, performing data mining and mapping, managing quality control and data debugging, as well as implementing automatic data processing. Prior to Archway, she served as technical analyst for Thrive and involved in development and implementation of value-based payment programs and innovative payment models including BPCI, CJR and OCM.

Ms. Shang holds a master’s degree in Physiology from University of Toronto in Canada, and a master’s degree in food and Business Economics from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, and a Bachelor of Science from Biological Sciences and Biotechnology, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China.
