Eliano Marques has extensive experience in customer experience and support roles, currently serving as Europe Office Representative at Archon Systems Inc. since March 2020. Prior to this position, Eliano held various titles at Archon Systems, including Senior Community & Support Specialist. Eliano's career also includes a role as Customer Experience Manager at Sodexo, overseeing the Customer Experience department and implementing strategies for client acquisition and service improvement. At MediaMarktSaturn, Eliano worked as Online Customer Experience Coordinator, managing the Contact Center and social media operations, and previously served as a Contact Center Specialist. Eliano began a career at Teleperformance Portugal as First Line Manager, leading a team of Customer Service Representatives, and initially worked as a Customer Service Representative. Eliano holds a Master's degree in International Politics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Journalism from Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário Lisboa.
