Troy Richardt has worked in various roles in the electrical industry since 2010. Troy started as an Electrician at ASRC Energy Services in 2010, then moved on to become an Electrical Foreman at Udelhoven in 2014. In 2017, they worked as an E&I Foreman at Loenbro and an FCO Tech at Conam Construction. In 2018, they became an Electrical Field Engineer at Delta Constructors and in 2019 they were an I&E Project Manager at The Integration Group of Americas Inc. (TIGA). In 2021, they became Co-Owner of Blueline Services LLC and in 2022 they are currently working as an Electrical Project Manager at ArchKey Solutions.

Troy Richardt attended Riverland Community College from 1995 to 1998.
