Tho Vi has a diverse work experience in the electrical and technology industry. In 2015, Tho worked as an Engineering Intern and later as a Jr. Electrical Engineer at ArchKey Solutions/Mona Electric. They then joined ArchKey Solutions in 2018 as an Assistant Project Manager for the ArchKey/Mona division. Tho's role expanded to become a Project Manager for the same division in November 2022.

Tho Vi obtained a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Catholic University of America. Tho attended the university from 2013 to 2016. After completing their bachelor's degree, they pursued further education at Louisiana State University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management. Tho attended Louisiana State University from 2023 to 2024. In addition to their degrees, Tho Vi also obtained several certifications. Tho completed the Project Management Program at the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) in March 2022. In November 2021, they obtained the OSHA 30 certification from the US Department of Labor OSHA. Tho Vi also received the Procore Certified: Project Manager (Project Management) certification from Procore Technologies in June 2019. Tho'searliest certification is the Engineer In Training certification, which they obtained from NCEES in January 2015.
