Rya Payongayong is an experienced executive assistant with a strong background in supporting high-level executives, including co-founders and managing partners. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant to a Co-Founder at Archive since March 2023, Rya plays a critical role in research and managing commitments. Previous positions include Executive Assistant roles at Athena and Convective Capital, where responsibilities included communication management and facilitation of meetings. Rya also has experience in customer service, having worked for TeleTech Philippines and The Results Companies. Rya holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from the Philippine School of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from San Beda College.
