Katie then transitioned into project management, working as a Project Manager at Cable and Wireless, where they managed and implemented improvements to an extranet system. Following this, they became a Finance Manager at DevElements Inc, responsible for managing the finances of a consulting company. Katie continued their finance responsibilities as a Finance Manager at IceWEB, Inc, performing bank reconciliations, cost analysis, and creating pricing schedules. More recently, they have worked in the Architectural Woodwork Institute, starting as the Director of Administration before moving into roles focusing on marketing and membership. In their most recent position as Vice President of Membership and Marketing, they oversee membership and marketing strategies.
