Scott Rose has over a decade of experience in operations management. Scott most recently served as the Director of Operations at Architectural Walls, Incorporated. Prior to that, they worked as the Operations Manager - Integrator at Green Square Design | Construct, Inc. In 2019, they joined Luminaire Service Inc as an Operations Manager, where they were responsible for managing job assignments, creating estimates, and monitoring equipment maintenance. Before that, they worked as an Operations Manager at Midwest Firestop, Inc for eight years.

Scott Rose earned their Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Ivy Tech Community College in the years 2012-2016. Scott then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Business Administration at Franklin University from 2016-2019.
