Jeff St. Germain's work experience begins with their role as a Network Admin/.NET Developer at G&W Engineering Corp in 1997. Jeff then worked as a Web Designer/.NET Developer at Clayco from 2004 to 2006. Following that, they served as a .NET Application Developer at Oakwood Systems Group for a few months in 2006. Jeff then joined St. Louis Web Company as a Technical Services Director from 2006 to 2009. In 2009, they became a Senior Systems Architect at TeraVista Inc., where they worked until 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Senior Software Developer at NSI Marketing Services. Jeff then worked as an Architect/Senior Consultant at Piquant Software Solutions from 2012 to 2017. Starting in 2017, they held the position of Senior Development Engineer at ArchitectNow, where they were responsible for architecture, development, implementation, and management of enterprise applications. In 2020, they were promoted to Software Development Team Lead at the same company. Additionally, Jeff worked as an Independent Contractor at Stonegear Digital, LLC in 2011.

Jeff St. Germain attended Missouri Baptist University from 1999 to 2003, where they pursued a degree in Communications with a specialization in Information Systems. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. Jeff became a Microsoft Certified Azure Developer Associate in February 2023 and a Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate in January 2023. Furthermore, they obtained the certification of Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate in May 2023. Before these accomplishments, in December 2020, they became certified as a Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance.
