Fatma Molu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development, project management, and technology in the banking sector. Currently serving as Head of R&D and Coordination at Architecht since October 2022 and as a Project Evaluation Board Member at Kadir Has Üniversitesi Silivri Teknopark since August 2023, Fatma has a rich background in managing strategic projects, digitalization, and disruptive technologies at Kuveyt Türk Katılım Bankası from 2011 to 2022. With previous roles across various banking and IT companies, including Software Engineer positions at IO Technology & Consultancy and Turkiye Finans Participation Bank, Fatma has developed a strong skill set in software testing, quality assurance, and IT infrastructure management. Education includes a B.Sc. in Computer Technology & Information Systems from Bilkent University and multiple certification programs in software engineering and system analysis from Boğaziçi University.
