Neil Mascardo is an experienced quality control professional with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Currently serving as the QC Manager for the Samsung-Hyundai-Archirodon Joint Venture at Archirodon Group N.V., Neil oversees the NEOM Spine Infrastructure project, focusing on engineering, procurement, and construction. Prior roles include Senior QA/QC Engineer at PORR Qatar, emphasizing industrial interchange projects, and Senior QA/QC Engineer at VSL Middle East, managing post-tensioning works for multiple highway projects. Additional experience includes QC Engineering for the Dubai Metro and QA/QC roles on significant infrastructure projects in Qatar and Abu Dhabi, as well as early career positions in the Philippines.
