Gregory Michailidis is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in tendering, estimating, and project management within marine infrastructure and offshore wind industries. Currently serving as a Senior Tendering & Estimating Engineer at Archirodon Group N.V. since February 2016, Gregory specializes in marine infrastructure projects, including ports, jetties, offshore structures, and pipelines. Previously, in roles at Van Oord Offshore Wind Projects, responsibilities included cost estimation and tender preparation for large offshore wind farms. Gregory's career began with a focus on civil engineering design and project management, complemented by experience in leadership training and youth development. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Project and Construction Management and a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
