Laura Kopp has a diverse and extensive work experience, primarily in marketing and strategy roles. Laura is currently working as the SVP of Integrated Marketing at Archetype, starting in January 2022. Prior to that, they held various positions at Hill Holliday, including SVP of Strategy Director from May 2021 to January 2022, VP of Strategy Director from November 2019 to May 2021, VP of Associate Director of Digital Strategy from October 2017 to November 2019, and VP of Senior Digital Strategist from July 2015 to October 2017. Laura also served as an Adjunct Faculty at Simmons College from December 2014 to June 2018 and as a Senior Consultant at High Start Group from January 2014 to July 2015. Laura's early career included roles at Hill Holliday as a Senior Consumer Insights Manager from June 2012 to January 2014, a Consumer Insights Analyst from September 2011 to June 2012, and a Digital Strategist from March 2010 to September 2011. Laura started their career at SHIFT Communications as an Account Executive from May 2009 to March 2010 and as an Account Coordinator from June 2008 to May 2009.

Laura Kopp earned a B.A. degree in Communications, with a focus on Marketing Communications & PR, from Simmons University. Laura then pursued a Master's degree in Communications Management from Simmons University, which they completed between the years 2007 and 2009.
