Candice Sutterfield has extensive experience in data analysis, software development, and business intelligence. Candice began their career as a Systems Analyst at USAA, where they worked on various web-based applications and served as a lead analyst on multi-million dollar projects. At Texas A&M University System, they held multiple roles including Assistant Director of Business Intelligence, Enterprise IT Technologist, Workday Reporting Lead, and Workday Data Conversion and Reporting Lead. In these roles, they were responsible for delivering technical content to non-technical audiences, configuring analytics products, designing and developing dimensional data models, and leading implementation teams. Candice also played a key role in the transition to the Workday reporting solution and the establishment of data management strategies. Candice has demonstrated expertise in MS SQL, Workday Prism, OneStream cubes, and SAP BusinessObjects. In addition, Candice has experience in user support, training, and consulting. In 2022, they joined Archetype Consulting as a Data Scientist.

Candice Sutterfield received their Master's degree in Master of Science Business Analytics from Texas A&M University-Commerce in 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information Systems from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, which took place from 1998 to 2001. In 1997, they attended West Texas A&M University and studied Computer Information Systems, although they did not obtain a degree from this institution. Additionally, Candice Sutterfield obtained several certifications, including the Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in October 2021, and the Implementing Sensible Machine Learning and Sensible Machine Learning Model Builder certifications from OneStream Software in March 2023.
