Layna Richardson is an accomplished Senior People Business Partner at Archer since December 2022, having previously served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Flex from June 2013 to December 2022. With extensive experience in talent management, succession planning, and workforce design, Layna has successfully advised business leaders on various HR strategies. Notable roles include Human Resources Generalist and University Program Coordinator, where expertise in conducting new hire orientations, transforming HR programs, and managing university recruiting initiatives was demonstrated. Layna began the HR career as an HR Assistant Intern at Flextronics, where skills in project coordination and collaboration were developed.
