Andrew Flores has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Student Worker at Texas Wesleyan University from August 2005 to May 2007, where they provided administrative support and assisted with fundraising. Andrew then served as a Senior Constituent Liaison for U.S. Congressman Michael Burgess, M.D. from February 2006 to January 2013, acting as a mediator for constituents with federal agencies and assisting with sponsored events.

In 2013, Andrew joined HMS as a Subrogation Case Manager, responsible for recovering Medicaid funds on behalf of the New York State Department of Health Inspector General. Andrew then worked as a Case Administrator at the American Arbitration Association from November 2013 to December 2014, assisting with arbitration and mediation cases.

Andrew's expertise in lien resolution began at ARCHER, where they initially worked as a Case Analyst from February 2015 to January 2018, communicating with stakeholders and evaluating lien amounts. Andrew then progressed to various roles in the Lien Resolution department, including Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and finally Director of Project Management, a position they currently hold since April 2023. In these positions, Andrew has been responsible for implementing and onboarding projects, creating goals and timetables, drafting reference documents, analyzing data, and collaborating with different departments to ensure successful project completion. Andrew has also been proficient in using various resources such as Tableau, Excel Reports, and Word Documents for reporting to executive management.

Andrew Flores completed their high school education at Brewer High School from 1996 to 2000, earning a High School Diploma. Andrew then pursued higher education at Texas Wesleyan University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from 2005 to 2007.
