Orla Muldoon is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in business development and corporate law. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Business Development and M&A at ADM since January 2014, Muldoon has held multiple chief counsel positions within the organization, focusing on carbohydrate solutions and commercial excellence across various regions. Previous roles include Chief Counsel for Kellogg Europe and legal advisor for Atlantic Industries (Coca-Cola). Additionally, Muldoon has contributed to the British Legal Awards as a member of the judging panel in multiple years and has served on the advisory board for Global Leaders in Law. Educational qualifications include degrees from University College Dublin, UCL, and The Honorable Society of King's Inns, as well as leadership training at Harvard Law School. Muldoon is licensed to practice law in Illinois and New York.
