Coby Lund has held various executive positions throughout their career. Coby served as the Chief Executive Officer at Archer Behavioral Health from August 2022. Prior to that, they were the Regional Vice President of Operations at Kadiant from May 2019 to April 2022. Before their time at Kadiant, Coby Lund served as the Chief Executive Officer at DataFinch Technologies from November 2012 to May 2019, and at Integrated Behavioral Solutions from November 2000 to May 2019.

Coby Lund completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1990 to 1994. From 1994 to 1996, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Behavior Analysis & Therapy at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Finally, from 1997 to 2000, Coby Lund obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Cognitive & Behavioral Science from Florida State University.
