Elise Ferguson is a seasoned legal administrator and risk manager currently serving at the Archdiocese of Portland in Oregon since July 2018, with dual responsibilities in human resources. Prior to this, Elise worked at Top Level Design, LLC from December 2013 to June 2018 as a policy manager, where responsibilities included developing registry and registrar policies and ensuring compliance with new regulations. Additionally, Elise contributed as a researcher and project coordinator, supporting business development through marketing strategies and project launches. Early career experience includes positions as a deli worker at Lamb's Palisades Market, where outstanding customer service and operational responsibilities were demonstrated. Elise holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Economics from Gonzaga University, obtained in 2013.
