Chris Shisler

Director Of Government Programs at Archdiocese of Cincinnati

Chris Shisler is an accomplished educational leader with significant experience in various roles within the school system. Currently serving as the Director of Government Programs at the Archdiocese of Cincinnati since June 2020, Chris provides vital support for the implementation of government programs across all Archdiocesan schools. Previously, as Principal of Nativity School Cincinnati from May 2015 to June 2020, Chris developed and designed a state-of-the-art STEAM lab, enhancing the curriculum with interactive problem-solving activities. Prior to this role, Chris was Principal at Colerain Middle School from November 2006 to May 2015, where an updated curriculum was integrated to improve student achievement. Chris also served as Assistant Principal at Colerain High School from August 2001 to November 2006 and began a teaching career at both Lakota Schools and Cincinnati Public Schools. Chris holds a Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Xavier University and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Miami University.
