Steven Brennan has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Steven currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources at Archax. Prior to this, Steven worked as an HR Consultant for four years. Steven also served as the Group Head of HR at GAM for 16 years, where they were responsible for operational management and strategic decision-making. Before joining GAM, Steven was a Director of Compensation and Benefits at UBS Wealth Management, and a Compensation Benefits Analyst at Prudential Corporation.

Steven Brennan attended The Oratory School from 1980 to 1985, where they completed their O levels. Following this, they pursued a law degree at Coventry University from 1985 to 1988, focusing on the field of law.
