Roman Lorenzo Balayan is an experienced software development professional currently serving as the Lead Software Developer at Archax since November 2022. Previously, Roman held the position of Lead Software Engineer at Maya for a brief period in mid-2022 and spent several years at PayMaya Philippines, where Roman advanced from Software Engineer to Senior Software Engineer and then to Lead Software Engineer from April 2015 to June 2022. Earlier in Roman's career, a Software Engineer role was held at Itemhound Corporation from November 2012 to April 2015. Roman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of the Philippines, which was completed in 2012.
