Philip Barnes is an accomplished business development leader with extensive experience in the financial technology sector. Currently serving as the Head of Business Development (ASIA) at big xyt, a provider of smart data and analytics solutions for the trading and investment community, Philip specializes in execution performance analysis and regulatory compliance. In addition to this role, Philip is a founding partner at amaggio PARTNERS, a consultancy focusing on fintech business development, and serves as Corporate Treasurer at Archax, a regulated digital securities exchange. Philip's previous positions include leadership roles at Cloud9 Technologies, Broadridge, NYSE, Fidessa, SunGard Financial Systems, International Brunei Exchange, and Global Crossing Telecommunications. Philip holds a BSc in Chemistry and German from Kingston University and has furthered education at INSEAD and Hult Ashridge.
