Karina Coldrick has extensive work experience in the marketing and communications field. Karina is currently the Head of Marketing and Communications at Archaeological Management Solutions (AMS), where they oversee all marketing, corporate communications, and public relations efforts. Karina also provides marketing insights to the leadership team and implements changes to improve client and business outcomes.

Prior to AMS, Karina worked as the Company Secretary at Ancestral Voices Ltd from 2017 to 2020. Karina was responsible for managing company secretarial duties during this time.

Before that, Karina was the Company Director at Amergin Consulting (Australia) Pty Ltd from 2007 to 2015.

Karina also gained experience at Synovate, where they held various roles including National Head of Process Innovation and Senior Business Consultant from 2005 to 2011. In these roles, they led commercial performance, drove integration of different capabilities, provided added value to key accounts, and supervised consulting teams.

Karina's earlier experiences include working as the Marketing Manager at Curtin University of Technology from 2003 to 2005, and as the National Brand Manager for Ireland at Irish Distillers from 2000 to 2002.

Karina began their career as a Brand Assistant at Diageo Ireland (formerly Guinness-UDV) in 1999, where they were later promoted to Marketing Assistant.

Karina Coldrick is currently studying Digital Marketing at Dublin Business School, starting in 2023 and expected to finish in 2024. Karina previously completed a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning at FINSIA from 2004 to 2006. Moreover, Karina obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Marketing and Japanese Business from Murdoch University between 1994 and 1996. Additionally, they received a Certificate of Environmental Studies from Nottingham Trent University in 1995.
