Austin Lilly Kirby is an experienced professional in account management and customer service, currently serving as the Director of Account Management and Arch Experience Captain at Arch RoamRight since March 2013. In this role, Austin leads monthly sessions focused on company culture, effectively communicating the organization's behavioral and motivational pillars in an engaging manner. Prior to joining Arch RoamRight, Austin held various positions at Simply Elegant Catering from November 2006 to March 2013, including Manager of Account Services and Customer Service Representative, as well as roles as Sales Coordinator and Sales Consultant at Truffles and Ceresville Mansion.
