Jenna Jontz currently serves as the Segment HR Director for Cutting Tools at ARCH since March 2024. Prior experience includes serving as the Human Resources Director and In-House Employment Counsel at Shiloh Industries from November 2019 to March 2024, where Jenna played a key role in global restructuring projects, strategic talent reviews, and various organizational changes. Prior to that, Jenna held the position of Associate General Counsel for Labor, Employment & Compliance at Inteva Products from 2016 to November 2019, advising on employment and compliance matters in the automotive industry. Jenna's legal career began at Parker Hannifin from 2005 to 2016 as an Associate General Counsel for Labor & Employment, providing counsel to a Fortune 500 company, and at Spieth, Bell, McCurdy & Newell from 1994 to 2005 as an employment litigator and counselor. Jenna earned a J.D. cum laude from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, and an A.B. in English from the University of Michigan.
