Charles Stephenson is an experienced analyst and geologist with a strong background in mining and exploration. Currently serving as an Analyst at ARCH Emerging Markets Partners Limited since November 2022, previous roles include Mining Specialist at SI Capital Ltd and Exploration Geologist at Chesterfield Resources Plc. Notably, Charles co-founded Lockstrood Resources Rwanda Ltd, focusing on project generation and consultancy in LCT-pegmatites along the Kibara Belt. Additional roles encompass contract geology, consulting, and exploration geologist positions at various organizations, including Piran Resources Limited and Cairns Mining Australia Ltd. Charles holds a Master of Science in Mining Geology from the University of Exeter and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Southampton.
