Nikhil Chavan has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Nikhil started their professional journey as a Business Technology Analyst at Deloitte from August 2016 to August 2019. Nikhil then moved up to the role of a Consultant at Deloitte from September 2019 to December 2020. Next, Nikhil joined Morgan Stanley as a Manager in December 2020 and worked until October 2022. Nikhil then moved to BillDesk as a Product Manager from November 2022 to June 2023. Currently, Nikhil is working as a Product Lead at Arcesium starting from June 2023.

Nikhil Chavan attended Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI) from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information Technology Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Nikhil has also obtained certifications including Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance in January 2023 and Agile Product Owner Role: Foundations from LinkedIn in March 2022.
