Mugdha Bapat is a Senior Software Engineer at Arcesium since July 2022, having previously served as a Software Engineer at the same company and as a Software Engineer Intern in June 2021. Prior to this, Mugdha gained experience as a Research Intern at OpenNyAI from October 2021 to April 2022. In addition to technical roles, Mugdha demonstrated leadership as Co-Convener for the Sir Visvesvaraya Memorial Parliamentary Debate organized by the CoEP Debate Society, managing tournament logistics and budgeting from August 2020 to April 2021. Mugdha also contributed as Assistant Director of Finance for the COEP Model United Nations from August 2019 to April 2020. Mugdha earned a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from COEP Technological University in May 2022, following education at Ratanbai Walbai Jr. College and I.E.S's Chandrakant Patkar Vidyalaya.
