Rick Gruver possesses extensive experience in engineering and maintenance management, currently serving as Engineering and Maintenance Manager and previously as Senior Electrical Engineer at ArcelorMittal since July 2012, where responsibilities include developing solutions and implementing projects to enhance processes in a fast-paced industrial environment. Gruver also volunteered as a Firefighter/EMT with Washington Township Fire Department from January 2015 to December 2022. Prior military service includes serving as 1SG with the Ohio Army National Guard, holding a Secret Security Clearance from April 1992 to May 2014. Additional engineering experience includes a tenure as Senior Electrical Engineer at AK Steel Corporation from October 2006 to July 2012 and as Maintenance Manager at Neumayer Tekfor Automotive Ltda from April 2005 to October 2006. Gruver earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Akron from 1998 to 2002.
