Ravi Shaw is an experienced professional in the solar energy sector, currently serving as AVP & Head of Solar at ArcelorMittal since September 2022, where responsibilities include driving the P&L for the solar Business Unit and building high-performance teams. Prior to this role, Ravi held positions at Hinduja Renewables as Head of Projects & Engineering, managing EPC projects and their P&L, and at Vikram Solar as Asst. General Manager- Pre-Sales, overseeing sales forecasts and tender processes. Previous experience also includes roles in design engineering and electrical design at Mahindra Susten, Refex Energy, and Tata Power Solar Systems Limited. Ravi holds an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Hooghly Engineering and Technology College.
