Taufan Prabu Rahardjo is an experienced professional in the field of asset management and technical training, currently serving as Asset Management Training Superintendent and Asset Training System Supervisor at Petrosea since July 2017. In this role, Taufan monitors traineeship programs and develops training plans to enhance the competencies of Asset Tradesman and Staff. Prior to this, Taufan worked as a Technical Instructor at PT Trakindo Utama from August 2011 to June 2017, where responsibilities included conducting and organizing technical training in various areas such as engine and hydraulic systems, software applications, and failure analysis. Taufan holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information Technology from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya, completed in 2010.
