Abhaya Kanojia currently serves as Senior Manager of HR&A at ArcelorMittal, leading the HR initiatives for the Solar & Wind Power sector at AM Green Energy Pvt. Ltd since August 2022. Prior to this role, Abhaya held various positions at The West Bengal Power Development Corporation Limited from September 2013 to September 2022, including Manager of HR & Administration and Assistant Manager of HR&A. Abhaya's early experience includes a project internship at Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd., where industrial training focused on HR policies, and an internship at ITC Sonar Bangla Sharaton Towers. Abhaya holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from IISWBM and a Bachelor's degree from the Institute of Hotel Management, Kolkata, along with further qualifications in human resource management from Calcutta University.
