Sanal Nair currently serves as the Lead Industrial Relations at ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India since October 2022, following a role as HRBP & Industrial Relation at Reliance Industries Limited from January 2018 to October 2022. Sanal Nair holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree earned from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda between 2015 and 2017, complemented by a Diploma in Human Resource Management (DHRM) in 2015 and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration obtained from the same institution from 2011 to 2014.
